PLEASE consider lending a helping hand as we prepare for the event. A hour or 2 of your time on Thursday, July 21st 6:00pm - helping us with tasks like setting up the tent, dance floor, tables and chairs would be greatly appreciated (not to mention fun!)! Please drop an email or call any member if you're interested in giving us a hand! (RAIN DATE is Friday, July 22nd!)
Additionally, we REALLY could use a hand breaking down the site on Sunday morning. Shouldn't take more than an hour with lots of hands helping out! There's breakfast in it for you if you can lend a hand!

As usual there's NO FEE or formal registration! - Just a can for donations on the table to help defray cost.
